DRIVE is closed between July 7 and July 15 for reconstruction work.
Many of you have expressed an interest in e-mobility – and still have many questions. We would like to answer some of them for you here.
We are currently at a turning point. Climate change is one of the most crucial challenges facing humanity and we are all committed to stopping global warming. As the world’s largest car manufacturer, Volkswagen assumes responsibility and is leading the way.
We are planning to drastically reduce our CO2 emissions and make the entire Volkswagen Group carbon neutral by 2050. In order to protect the environment and comply with government regulations, we are rigorously redesigning our vehicles to meet e-mobility standards.
Systemic change is forthcoming. But instead of simply waiting for the transition, we are shaping the future by investing billions of euros in advanced technologies and consistently preparing our plants and employees for a new world of mobility.
Volkswagen has always provided affordable, personalized mobility for millions of people. Now we are making e-mobility more practical and affordable. For everyone.
