Haven't seen enough icons yet? Then we recommend the partner exhibition at the Autostadt in Wolfsburg.

From now on, visitors to the exhibition in the Autostadt can embark on a fascinating journey through the world of icons. Legendary vehicles and pioneering works of design, architecture, art and music show how they have shaped our culture, identity and mobility.

Armin Maus, CEO of the Autostadt: “Icons are more than just objects - they tell stories that connect and inspire people. With ICONIC, we are creating a place in the Autostadt where our guests can experience the fascination for legendary vehicles and cultural masterpieces. The exhibition invites visitors to explore the significance of icons and discover how they shape our identity and shape the future of mobility in a joint discussion. We would like to thank DRIVE in particular for working with us to bring this great idea to Wolfsburg.”

Porsche 356, Volkswagen Beetle, Bulli or Golf - they all shaped not only the automotive landscape, but also generations. As automotive icons from the Volkswagen Group, they are part of the new exhibition. In addition, ICONIC sheds light on the question of what makes someone or something an icon in the themed worlds of design, architecture, people and art.

The Autostadt is continuing this vision in collaboration with the Group Representative Office in Berlin and is bringing ICONIC to Wolfsburg. Guests can look forward to a unique experience that picks up on the exhibition concept in Berlin and enriches it with new exhibits and an individual design.
