Every year, there is a special date on which pupils can gain an insight into the world of work, fields of knowledge and professions. On Girl's Day and Boy's Day in April, Germany's largest careers orientation project, they can get a taste of different sectors. To find out where they might fit in after school if they follow their interests - regardless of role stereotypes. Should it be something technical, something with people, art or research, or should they go straight into practice?
The nationwide format was once introduced as “Girls‘ Day - Girls’ Future Day” and as a sign of equal opportunities. The aim was to familiarize girls with technical and industrial professions. Today, there is also Boy's Day, on which boys can get to know professions that were previously not considered typically male.
Also at DRIVE. On this day, many topics related to mobility, technology and what it means to lead ideas to success were presented.
They were able to ask questions about merchandise and the product range in the DRIVE.STORE. How events are put together and what it takes to organize successful events in the DRIVE conference area were also on the agenda. And, of course, a tour of our ICONIC exhibition, including the creation of content for the DRIVE social media channels.
