Mit dieser Datenschutzerklärung informieren wir Sie über die Erhebung, Verarbeitung und Nutzung Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten durch das DRIVE. Volkswagen Group Forum, Volkswagen AG, Berliner Ring 2, 38440 Wolfsburg, drive.info@volkswagen.de, eingetragen im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Braunschweig unter der Nr. HRB 100484 („Volkswagen AG“) bei der Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel Kinopremiere: Unser Team. Die Heim EM 2024.

1. Kinopremiere: Unser Team. Die Heim EM 2024
Der Veranstalter des Gewinnspiels ist das DRIVE. Volkswagen Group Forum der Volkswagen AG. Teilnahmeberechtigt sind alle Beschäftigten, die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter der Volkswagen AG sind, die das 18. Lebensjahr vollendet haben und deren Wohnsitz in Deutschland ist. 2. Kontaktaufnahme zu Teilnehmende sowie Gewinner und Gewinnerinnen
Das DRIVE. Volkswagen Group Forum verarbeitet die folgenden personenbezogenen Daten im Rahmen Ihrer Teilnahme: Vor- und Nachname, E-Mail-Adresse, Privatadresse der Gewinner und Gewinnerinnen. Die Verarbeitung der personenbezogenen Daten ist notwendig, um in Kontakt treten zu können, sie dient damit der Erfüllung des Vertrags (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO).
3. Weitergabe Ihrer Daten an Dritte
Wir übermitteln personenbezogenen Daten an Dritte, soweit dies für zur Einlösung des Gewinns erforderlich ist (z.B. Ausgabe der Tickets oder Zugangskontrolle). Es handelt sich hier um den Deutschen Fußballbund (DFB).
Die Übermittlung Ihrer Daten an Dritte dient somit der Erfüllung eines Vertrags oder der Durchführung vorvertraglicher Maßnahmen (Art. 6 Abs.1 lit. b DSGVO).

Diese Daten werden von uns ausschließlich für den Versand des Newsletters genutzt. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO (Einwilligung). Die Volkswagen AG verwendet hierfür das sog. Double-Opt-In-Verfahren. Dabei wird Ihnen eine E-Mail an die angegebene E-Mail-Adresse mit der Bitte um Bestätigung Ihrer Einwilligung gesendet. Sie können Ihre Einwilligung jederzeit unentgeltlich mit Wirkung für die Zukunft gegenüber der Volkswagen AG widerrufen, z. 5. Dauer der Speicherung Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten
Die Kontaktdaten aller Teilnehmende des Gewinnspiels werden unverzüglich nach Ende der Aktion von den Beteiligten der Volkswagen AG gelöscht, sofern dem keine gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungsfristen insbesondere in Hinblick auf die Einhaltung von steuerlichen Regularien entgegenstehen.
Die personenbezogenen Daten Gewinner/Gewinnerinnen werden nach der Erhebung 15 Jahre im Veranstaltungs-und Zuwendungsmanagement System (Citax VZM) aus steuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Gründen aufbewahrt. Danach werden die Daten gelöscht.
C. Your rights
You may assert your rights as outlined below against Volkswagen AG at any time free-of-charge. For further information concerning the exercise of your rights, please see section E.
Right to information: You have the right to obtain information from us (Art. 15 GDPR) about the processing of your personal data.
Right of rectification: You have the right to request that we correct (Art. 16 GDPR) any inaccurate or incomplete personal data concerning you.
Right to erasure: You have the right, in the event that the requirements specified in Article 17 of the GDPR have been met, to demand the deletion of your data. Accordingly, you may request the deletion of your data, for instance, if it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Furthermore, you may request deletion if we process your data on the basis of your consent and you revoke this consent.
Right to restriction of processing: You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data if the requirements specified under Article 18 of the GDPR have been met. This is the case, for example, if you dispute the accuracy of your data. You may request that processing is restricted for as long as it takes to examine the correctness of your data.
Right to object: If the processing is based on an overriding interest or if your data is used for the purpose of direct marketing, you have the right to object to the processing of your data. In the event of an objection, we ask you to inform us of your reasons for objecting to data processing. In addition, you have the right to object to data processing for direct marketing purposes. This also applies to profiling, as far as it is related to direct advertising.
Right to data portability: If the data processing is based on consent or the performance of a contract and is also carried out using automated processing, you have the right to receive your data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit it to another data processor.
Right of revocation: If the data processing is based on consent, you have the right to revoke the data processing at any time free of charge within the framework of consent with effect for the future.
Right to lodge a complaint: You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority (for example, the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information or the Lower Saxony Data Protection Authority) about our processing of your data.
