We are pleased that you are taking part in a competition organised by Volkswagen AG, Berliner Ring 2, 38440 Wolfsburg, drive.info@volkswagen.de eingetragen im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Braunschweig unter der Nr. HRB 100484 („Volkswagen AG“) teilnehmen. Im Folgenden informieren wir Sie über die Erhebung, Verarbeitung und Nutzung Ihrer Daten im Zusammenhang mit der Teilnahme an unserem Gewinnspiel. 1. Teilnahme an Gewinnspielen

Wir verarbeiten personenbezogene Daten, die Sie uns als Teilnehmer des Gewinnspiels zur Durchführung des Gewinnspiels, mitteilen. Unter anderem gilt es festzustellen, ob Sie teilnahmeberechtigt sind und wie wir Sie im Falle eines Gewinns benachrichtigen können. Stellen Sie uns die genannten Daten nicht zur Verfügung, ist eine Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel bzw. eine Kontaktaufnahme bzgl. einer Gewinnmitteilung nicht möglich. Wenn Sie an einem Gewinnspiel teilnehmen, erheben und verarbeiten wir die folgenden personenbezogenen Daten von Ihnen:

• Email address

Je nach Art des Gewinnspiels können wir weitere Daten von Ihnen erheben, z. B. Ihre Antworten auf Gewinnspielfragen. Wenn Sie uns Ihre personenbezogenen Daten als Teilnehmer eines Gewinnspiels mitteilen, verarbeiten wir diese, um das Gewinnspiel durchzuführen und Sie zu kontaktieren, falls Sie gewonnen haben. Rechtsgrundlage für die Datenverarbeitung ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO.

Wir speichern Ihre personenbezogenen Daten solange dies für die Durchführung des Gewinnspiels erforderlich ist. Nach Beendigung des Gewinnspiels werden Ihre im Rahmen des Gewinnspiels verarbeiteten Daten grundsätzlich innerhalb von 14 Tagen gelöscht. Aus gesetzlichen (z. B. steuerrechtlichen) Gründen können längere Aufbewahrungspflichten resultieren.

1.Externe Dienstleister (Auftragsverarbeiter)

In the context of the above-mentioned data processing, we use external service providers (e.g. for sending e-mails, storing your data in its secure data centre and maintaining and analysing databases). Within the framework of a contract for order processing (Art. 28 GDPR), these service providers have undertaken, among other things, to comply with appropriate technical and organizational measures for data security and act on our behalf in accordance with instructions. In addition to Volkswagen AG, Volkswagen Group Services GmbH, Wolfsburg, which is involved in the implementation of the competition, has access to your personal data. A contract processing agreement has been concluded with Volkswagen Group Services GmbH, Wolfsburg.

2. Weitere Datenempfänger

We transmit your personal data to third parties insofar as this is necessary for the implementation of a competition or for the transmission of the prize. These can be the following data recipients:

1. Shipping service providers (postal and parcel shipping or freight forwarders to send you any winnings)
2. Service providers (e.g., La Maison Victor Schilly & Friends Gmbh)
3. Für die Durchführung der Veranstaltung benötigen wir im Falle eines Gewinnes ergänzende Informationen. Für die Umsetzung sicherheitsrelevanter Maßnahmen ist deshalb die Aushändigung von Name, Vorname und Mail notwendig. Diese Daten werden im Falle einer Stadionführung an das jeweilig zuständige Landeskriminalamt zur Prüfung der Eignung übermittelt.

Right to information: You have the right to obtain information from us (Art. 15 GDPR) about the processing of your personal data.

Right of rectification: You have the right to request that we correct (Art. 16 GDPR) any inaccurate or incomplete personal data concerning you.

Right to erasure: You have the right, in the event that the requirements specified in Article 17 of the GDPR have been met, to demand the deletion of your data. Accordingly, you may request the deletion of your data, for instance, if it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Furthermore, you may request deletion if we process your data on the basis of your consent and you revoke this consent.

Right to restriction of processing: You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data if the requirements specified under Article 18 of the GDPR have been met. This is the case, for example, if you dispute the accuracy of your data. You may request that processing is restricted for as long as it takes to examine the correctness of your data.

Right to object: If the processing is based on an overriding interest or if your data is used for the purpose of direct marketing, you have the right to object to the processing of your data. In the event of an objection, we ask you to inform us of your reasons for objecting to data processing. In addition, you have the right to object to data processing for direct marketing purposes. This also applies to profiling, as far as it is related to direct advertising. 

Right to data portability: If the data processing is based on consent or the performance of a contract and is also carried out using automated processing, you have the right to receive your data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit it to another data processor.

Right of revocation: If the data processing is based on consent, you have the right to revoke the data processing at any time free of charge within the framework of consent with effect for the future.
