Terms and Conditions of Participation Competition "BFFS Backstage 2026"

The organiser of the competition is Volkswagen AG, Berliner Ring 2, 38440 Wolfsburg (hereinafter: "Volkswagen"). A total of 4x2tickets for the BFFS Backstage event will be raffled off among participants.

After the end of the competition, the winners of the raffle will be drawn on Monday, 16.02.2026.

This competition is in no way associated with, and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organised by Facebook Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland (hereinafter "Facebook"). Questions, comments or complaints in connection with this competition should be addressed directly to Volkswagen and not to Facebook.

The following terms and conditions apply to participation in the competition. Information about the processing of personal data can be found in our privacy policy here .

1. The competition starts on Thursday, 12.02.2026, at 10:00 a.m., and ends on Monday, 16.02.2026, at 10:00 a.m.
2. Participation in the competition takes place by sending an e-mail to drive.event@volkswagen.de with the keyword: #BFFS Backstage 2026. The raffle will take place via the DRIVE social media channels (Instagram, Facebook).
3. Natural persons who are resident in the Federal Republic of Germany, at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity are eligible to participate. Participation in the competition is free of charge. Participation in the competition is not dependent on the purchase of goods or services or on the subscription to a newsletter.
4. The use of any kind of automated process to manipulate this competition is prohibited.
5. Each participant may only participate once. In particular, the participant may not register with different e-mail addresses on Facebook & Instagram and in the DRIVE newsletter in order to participate in the competition several times.
6. Participation via competition clubs or other commercial service providers is excluded.
7. Volkswagen reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition if there are justified reasons. Such reasons may exist, among other things, in the case of manipulation in connection with access to or implementation of the competition, violations of these terms and conditions of participation or Facebook's regulations, or false or misleading personal information.

1. 1. 1. 4 winners will be drawn at random from all participants.
      2. Evaluation and raffle will take place on Monday, 16.02.2026 at 11.00 a.m.
      3. Winners will each receive two tickets to the BFFS Backstage event on 18.02.2026
      4. To accept the prize, the winner must either contact the e-mail address drive.event@volkswagen.de. To accept the prize, the winner must report back by e-mail by Tuesday, 17.02.2026, 12 noon.
      5. If the winner doesn't report back to Volkswagen by then, the prize will be forfeited and a new participant will be drawn at random.
      6. A cash payment of the prize is not possible. The entitlement to the prize is non-transferable.
      7. Volkswagen reserves the right to cancel the competition at any time for important reasons. This may be the case, for example, if the further implementation of the competition by Volkswagen is unreasonable for technical or legal reasons

Volkswagen is not responsible for the timeliness, completeness or accuracy of the transmission of participant data. In all other respects, Volkswagen shall be liable in accordance with the following provisions:

1. If Volkswagen has to pay for damage caused by slight negligence on the basis of the statutory provisions, Volkswagen shall have limited liability. In this case, liability only exists in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations. This liability is also limited to the typical damage foreseeable at the time of conclusion of the contract.
2. The personal liability of Volkswagen's legal representatives, vicarious agents and employees for damages caused by them through slight negligence is excluded. For damages caused by them as a result of gross negligence, with the exception of their legal representatives and executives, the limitation of liability provided for Volkswagen in this section shall apply mutatis mutandis.
3. The limitations of liability in this section do not apply in the event of injury to life, limb or health. Irrespective of any fault on the part of Volkswagen, any liability in the event of fraudulent concealment of a defect, from the assumption of a guarantee or a procurement risk and under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

1. The conditions of participation and the entire legal relationship between the participants and Volkswagen are subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
2. The place of jurisdiction is – as far as permissible – the registered office of Volkswagen.
3. Legal recourse is excluded – to the extent permissible
4. The European Commission shall provide a platform for out-of-court online dispute resolution, which can be accessed under ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr On this platform, consumers can find a list of consumer arbitration bodies that can assist with an out-of-court settlement of disputes. Volkswagen is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
