Teilnahmebedingungen für das Gewinnspiel „Verlosung Maria Ehrich Leaving the Frame“

Die Veranstalterin des Gewinnspiels ist die Volkswagen AG, Berliner Ring 2, 38440 Wolfsburg (nachfolgend: „Volkswagen“). Unter Teilnehmern und Teilnehmerinnen werden insgesamt 5×1 Buch „Leaving the Frame“ von Maria Ehrich verlost.

Nach Beendigung des Gewinnspiels werden die Gewinner/Gewinnerinnen der Verlosung am Montag, 22.06.2026 ausgelost.

1. Das Gewinnspiel startet am Freitag, den 19.06.2026, um 19:00 Uhr, und endet am Montag, den 22.06.2026, um 14:00 Uhr.
2. Die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel erfolgt durch Senden einer E-Mail an drive.event@volkswagen.de mit dem Stichwort: #LeavingTheFrame. Die Verlosung findet über die DRIVE Social-Media-Kanäle (Instagram, Facebook) statt.
3. Natural persons who are resident in the Federal Republic of Germany, at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity are eligible to participate. Participation in the competition is free of charge. Participation in the competition is not dependent on the purchase of goods or services or on the subscription to a newsletter.
4. The use of any kind of automated process to manipulate this competition is prohibited.
5. Each participant may only participate once. In particular, the participant may not register with different e-mail addresses on Facebook & Instagram and in the DRIVE newsletter in order to participate in the competition several times.
6. Participation via competition clubs or other commercial service providers is excluded.
7. Volkswagen reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition if there are justified reasons. Such reasons may exist, among other things, in the case of manipulation in connection with access to or implementation of the competition, violations of these terms and conditions of participation or Facebook's regulations, or false or misleading personal information.

      3. Gewinner und Gewinnerinnen erhalten jeweils ein signiertes Buch von Maria Ehrich

      5. Meldet sich der Gewinnende bei Volkswagen nicht zurück, verfällt der Gewinn und ein neuer Gewinnender/Gewinnende wird nach dem Zufallsprinzip ausgelost.
      6. A cash payment of the prize is not possible. The entitlement to the prize is non-transferable.
      7. Volkswagen reserves the right to cancel the competition at any time for important reasons. This may be the case, for example, if the further implementation of the competition by Volkswagen is unreasonable for technical or legal reasons

Volkswagen is not responsible for the timeliness, completeness or accuracy of the transmission of participant data. In all other respects, Volkswagen shall be liable in accordance with the following provisions:

1. If Volkswagen has to pay for damage caused by slight negligence on the basis of the statutory provisions, Volkswagen shall have limited liability. In this case, liability only exists in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations. This liability is also limited to the typical damage foreseeable at the time of conclusion of the contract.
2. The personal liability of Volkswagen's legal representatives, vicarious agents and employees for damages caused by them through slight negligence is excluded. For damages caused by them as a result of gross negligence, with the exception of their legal representatives and executives, the limitation of liability provided for Volkswagen in this section shall apply mutatis mutandis.
3. The limitations of liability in this section do not apply in the event of injury to life, limb or health. Irrespective of any fault on the part of Volkswagen, any liability in the event of fraudulent concealment of a defect, from the assumption of a guarantee or a procurement risk and under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

1. The conditions of participation and the entire legal relationship between the participants and Volkswagen are subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
2. The place of jurisdiction is – as far as permissible – the registered office of Volkswagen.
3. Legal recourse is excluded – to the extent permissible

The European Commission shall provide a platform for out-of-court online dispute resolution, which can be accessed under ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr On this platform, consumers can find a list of consumer arbitration bodies that can assist with an out-of-court settlement of disputes. Volkswagen is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
